The CUMI Liberty House Church Office is the hub, the engine that runs the entire ministry. We exist and function in a supportive capacity, ensuring and facilitating the smooth and effective running of every other part of the Liberty House. We help fulfill the purpose of Liberty House!

Role: Pastor
Job Description
We are looking to welcome a Pastor who understands ministry and can creatively encourage and inspire people of all ages and backgrounds with the love of God in Jesus Christ.
You will be:
- a skilled and sensitive communicator, a good mixer, enabler and listener
- an approachable team player and able to lead, delegate, motivate and inspire
- comfortable with upholding several different worship traditions
- open and inclusive in your approach to ministry with an enthusiasm to work with ecumenical partners
- willing to engage with the diocesan vision, ‘Living God’s Love’
Contract: Full time, 30 hours per week including Sundays.
Location: The primary location of the role will be at CUMI Liberty House.
Remuneration: Salary is £12,000-£15,000 gross pa (subject to experience)
Responsible to: Resident Pastor (as line-manager)
Key relationships: Members of the church, Staff Team and community.
